Do I need my own AI subscriptions?
Not always. Use the plans you already have, or free models through OpenCode. Nexus doesn't sell model access.
What does Nexus send online?
Nothing on its own. No analytics, no telemetry. It only checks CLI versions when you ask and talks to connections you add.
Can I switch plans?
Yes. Start on Starter and move to Pro or Lifetime whenever you need more.
Can I switch between monthly and yearly?
Yes. Use "Manage billing" at the bottom of any page. Changes are prorated.
How do I cancel?
Use "Manage billing" at the bottom of any page, or the link in your receipt. Pro stays on until the paid period ends.
Is my payment secure?
Yes. Stripe handles payments, and your card number never touches our servers.
Can I get a refund?
Yes. Ask within 14 days for a full refund.
How many Macs can I use?
A Pro subscription covers 2 Macs. A Lifetime license covers 3.
What happens to Lifetime when 2.0 ships?
Lifetime covers every 1.x update. Your version keeps working after 2.0.
Is there student or education pricing?
